Michael Myers has been a legend since 1978. The story of Michael Myers, the son of a disturbed mother and a deranged man, is that he was put in an insane asylum but escaped and killed his brother. He was then sent to Halloween Town where he lived with Laurie Strode and her daughter Jamie. Years later while Theresa Bovine’s poem talks about a killer celebrating Halloween by murdering children, people are starting to think that “The Shape” has returned.
Michael Myers Halloween – The Mystery Man From John Carpenter’s 1978 Cult Classic.
Michael Myers, the primary antagonist of John Carpenter’s 1978 cult classic, “Halloween”. The inspiration for Rob Zombie’s 2007 remake of the film and its sequels. The man in black always terrorizes young people who scream out for their parents and calls them “bitches.” He is simply too much for kids of that age group to handle, as he has been known to kill them in a bloody manner.
Michael Myers has been terrorizing people since his first appearance, and while you may think he is fictional, he is actually not. He was revealed to be real and alive in Halloween (1978). The movie is based on Robert Bloch’s novel of the same name. Michael Myers’ character was played by Donald Pleasence, from whom the character got his name; David Arquette took over for his role in the remake. In all three versions of this story about a psychopath who murders teenagers for no reason, young nurse Laurie Strode is forced to fight against Michael Myers at every turn by having him arrested and getting herself killed every time. She is repeatedly rescued by Dr. Loomis on many occasions as well as later characters like Sheriff Leigh Brackett and Dr. Sam Loomis himself which then leads to her killing Michael in the end by shooting him in the head with her nail gun after taking off his mask, thereby killing him once and for all. The film has become a cult classic due him to its unique story line, terrifying scenes, and casting such talented actors that make it stand out among other slasher films at the moment including some actresses such as Jamie Lee Curtis. It appealed to both horror fans and movie lovers alike.

Is Michael Myers Real?
It would be terrifying if Michael Myers were alive. But, no, Michael Myers is not real and there was never a serial killing that the character or Halloween movies were based on.
Michael Myers was inspired by a young boy during a college trip. John Carpenter took a psychology class at Western Kentucky University and visited a mental institution, where the class focused on some of the patients with the most serious cases. While at the institution, Carpenter met a young boy who was only about 12 or 13 years old. The boy wore a pale, blank expression on his face and had the blackest and most lifeless eyes that Carpenter had ever seen. The dreadful hollowness of the boy’s expression and eyes haunted Carpenter, remaining in the back of his mind for years. Carpenter spent eight years trying to understand this mysterious young man but what he found was darker and more sinister than he had initially imagined.
After John Carpenter learned what was behind Laurie Strode’s eyes, he knew that it was unsafe to allow the patient to leave. He feared what the young man would do if he were forced to live on his own. When Irwin Yablans asked Carpenter to help create a villain for a set of Halloween movies that followed the story of a psychotic killer who stalks and kills babysitters, Laurie Strode popped into his mind. The blank stare of Laurie Strode is still one of the creepiest things John Carpenter has ever seen; this haunting memory now lives on through Michael Myers’ character. What makes Michael Myers more sinister than other film killers is how young he was when deep-seated evil began to fester and spill over into his actions and lack of personality.

The Movie Halloween: The Curse Of Michael Myers.
Six years after Michael Myers’ last massacre in Haddonfield, Jamie Lloyd has a child but is then killed by Michael. The Strode family moves into the Myers house and are stalked by Michael. Sam Loomis and Tommy Doyle, a boy Laurie babysat during Michael’s first rampage, are now out to stop Michael, who heads to kill Jamie’s son and the rest of Laurie’s family. Dr. Loomis and Tommy plan to stop the curse, defeat the cult, stop Michael, and put an end to his murderous rampages once and for all.
The Cult of Thorn, an ancient society of serial killers, has existed for thousands of years. It is believed that each member of the cult has been cursed by a member of the cult and compelled to kill their family members on Halloween night. This also reveals that Michael Myers has been hearing a voice inside of his head that has told him to do these evil things, as he is supernaturally willed to be the cult’s puppet. As Michael’s sentence is nearing its end and the Cult of Thorn tries to pass over its curse onto Danny Strode—Michael’s nephew—their plans are intercepted by Laurie Strode and her friends.
The Cult of Thorn in Halloween is intended to transform Michael Myers into a tragic figure who is more a perpetually tortured victim of circumstance than the ruthless killer he has otherwise been seen as. To some degree, this concept does play to the idea that Michael is just some pure force of evil, but in this scenario, it is a force that has been pushed onto him against his will, rather than the darkness that manifests inside him.
The Cult of Thorn curses maps the supernatural circumstances surrounding Michael Myers and how he has been able to survive as long as he has, but this lore does not make him any more intimidating. At this point in the franchise, everyone has basically accepted that Michael is an unstoppable killing machine, and his resilience is the element from this story that is least in need of an explanation.

The Best Halloween Movie.
It is considered that Halloween 1978 is the best movie within its franchise. In the age of the internet, it is difficult to find examples of objective truth. We are merely posting opinions on each other and neither right nor wrong, but a matter of pure belief. I hope you remember that and then immediately toss it out the window because John Carpenter’s Halloween being #1 on this list is an objective fact. It is quantifiable data written in stone; literally any other scenario would be me lying to you; an untruth, a scam. The gulf between Halloween and its franchise peers is the distance between an anthill and Uranus
The reasons for the film’s success have been debated for many years, but it is impossible to overstate how much of Halloween’s genius stems from its simplicity. A madman with a knife returns to a town that looks just like yours, kills innocent kids who could easily be you, and offers no rhyme or reason. The look on his “face” is nothing, no emotion, no remorse, no humanity. Carpenter—helped in great part by producing partner Debra Hill and production designer Tommy Lee Wallace—takes that simplicity and turns it into a weapon, cloaks it in shadow, lets it linger in your head like the repetitive drone of that iconic score. Halloween took the thread spun by Psycho, the Italian Giallos, and Bob Clark’s Black Christmas, finishing it with a face you could be afraid of. It did to suburbia what Jaws did to the ocean made it seem unsafe and unpredictable; created tension where there was none before; made audiences want answers even though they knew there would not be any.
In this upcoming holiday, watching this wonderful film while enjoying your popcorn might be a perfect idea for a night.

Michael Myers Vs. Jason Voorhees.
In the original Halloween film, Michael Myers was a mentally unbalanced man who sought only to kill his sister and friends. After she was killed, he committed murders at random until he was captured. In Halloween II, Myers’ legendary endurance for pain was established; he survived countless injures with little to no concern and only wanted to kill more victims before escaping from jail. The fifth and sixth entries to the series even gave Myers a supernatural element; he was tied to the Cult of Thorn and was given a curse that granted him near-superhuman levels of strength and endurance to murder his bloodline on Halloween night.
Michael Myers falls into a category of monsters that are frequently called “boogeymen.” Myers has been stabbed, shot, and burned. He keeps going. The Curse from the Cult of Thorn will never let Myers rest until he has killed every member of his bloodline. While Myers is not in total control of his body and that may be his biggest disadvantage against Jason Voorhees—who can exploit this weakness—it is still unknown whether the killer is capable of controlling the impulses behind these attacks.
Turning to Jason Voorhees, even when Jason made his first-ever appearance in the movies, he exhibited a level of physical capability beyond that of other horror slasher villains. Despite being human and thus mortal, the killer had incredible strength, speed, and dexterity. Because he was still human and thus mortal, he died in Friday The 13th: The Final Chapter. Subsequent movies revived him as a supernatural force of nature with enhanced skill set.
Jason Voorhees has proven himself to be a formidable foe. He has used anything as a weapon, from using his bare hands to strangle and mangle his enemies to using harpoon guns or a machete, anything is deadly in the hands of Jason. His only real weakness seems to be water—Jason cannot seem to stay out of it even after becoming undead. But now that he is undead, he can easily shrug off this weakness if he wills it. Jason’s secondary weakness is his childhood trauma that makes him susceptible and vulnerable if used properly.
According to votes from people around the world, the victor in this fight will be Jason Voorhees. Both serial killers are extremely strong and durable, capable of taking umpteen amounts of punishment. However, while Myers is still a freak of nature, Jason can easily win this fight. Jason is physically stronger than Myers and can take more damage; his only real weakness seems to be water which will not necessarily kill him since he is already dead. Myers on the other hand focuses too much on wiping out his own bloodline. He can get easily distracted, giving Jason the window to kill him.
